 Re: Blog-it Out!
Man! That sucks that I missed him! I really did want to see him. I have not done so since he came in to McAlester about a year ago for Christmas with his family. Maybe I will luck out and see him next time.
Come to think of it, Nagemaru was supposed to come in from Virginia and hang but that never happened either... never even got a call.

 Re: Blog-it Out!
yeah that was my bad due to the bad weather in va his trip was cut 3 days short two at the start and one at the end and when everything leveled out he found out htat for the last 9 months of his navy days he is to go to the middle east. However when he gets back from that he will have 2 months of paper work to get him out of the military and he has loads of plans to just drive around like the old days and see everyone.
Once again the timing was my fault we were so busy with christmas and the ice storm that locked everyone indoors that we did not think to just give everyone one a phone call. However if you are looking to talk to him just pm me all your numbers and I will be sure that he gets them and give you all a ring to catch up.

 Re: Blog-it Out!
Well, unfortunately this thread isn’t doing it for me. Let’s face it, I write too much to contain it all to a single thread. I really need my own blog site. That’s what I started to think, and I didn’t want to go back to LiveJournal. I wanted a site you could just go to and read, without having to login. I know you can do that on LJ, but I wanted to do something new anyway. So, with Aykon’s help, I now have my own awesome WordPress blog, on my website. WP is great because it allows you to make lots of customizations with a few simple clicks. I recommend it to anyone who’s thinking of starting a blog, or personal website. You can use it for a lot of things. Over at [Evil_Genius], the scanslation group I work with that does Berserk, we have a WP blog that we use to distribute our Berserk scans. Anyway, please go check it out and post a comment and vote in the poll, if you have time, thanks.

Also, I invite everyone to keep using this thread. It’s here for everyone, so you can make a quick update for us to see, if you need to. I’ll still post here from time to time, even if it’s just to link to my latest blog entry. XD

 Re: Personal Updates
I also will offer my services in IT support to launch up more WP accounts for folks. But only if they will use them.

 Re: Personal Updates
The History of Starnum Lander is well under way. I've already posted the second installment today. Please check my blog for continued entries into the saga of my original role-playing character, Starnum Lander.

 Re: Personal Updates
I noticed you posted it on there. What I wondered is why you didn't make it another page on your blog instead of making it a blog post, that way it could easily be found instead of digging through archives later on. Perhaps I am just old school.

 Re: Personal Updates
That's a good idea, I could always make a separate page for the whole thing, once it's complete, but for now I like doing it this way. I'm also posting it on the Council Wiki, so it'll be there too.
If anyone has any questions about Starnum's past, that I don't include in the histroy once it's complete, then please ask, and if it seems important enough, I'll add it to the record somewhere. XD

 Re: Personal Updates
For anyone who's interested, Casca's 5th birthday is in 3 days, on February 10th. Feel free to stop by and celebrate with us, just call ahead before you come over, thanks. Take care.

 Re: Personal Updates
*Heroes Discussion* I got my powers back, and I am not dying because of it any more. Do you think that Sylar is really going to turn good? I mean he did help save Emma at the end there, and he could have killed the fat puppeteer dude, and he didnt. I kinda wish they would bring back some of the older heroes from the first couple of seasons like Micah, and his cousin that can learn how to do stuff just by watching it or seeing it once.

 Heroes
Damn it, I just read part of that spoiler, because I forgot there was a new episode out that I haven't seen yet. Oh well. Nice emotions, you got a whole birthday party of those little suckers right there.
*edit*
Congrats on getting your powers back. I'm really glad Hiro didn't die, that would have sucked. Yeah, I think Sylar is going to try to be a hero now. I've seen this coming since season 3 when he was a good guy in the alternate future. I think they've been wanting to have him turn into a good guy, instead of killing him (which he can't really be killed now) or keeping him around as the same old villain. I think he'll become a hero now, and new villains will continue to appear. We'll see if it works out for him or not though.

 Re: Personal Updates
Kind of a cool fact. As of 2.14.10 I am officially licensed as a minister of the gospel. That means that if any of you guys need a pastor to preside over your marriage ceremony, renew your vows, or plan ahead to have me do your eulogy. I am now licensed by the Southern Baptist Convention to do that. Granted, I still need to get my certificate from the courthouse but that won't be hard based on what I was told. Let me know!

 Re: Personal Updates
Dude, congrats! I'd love to have you renew mine and Sarah's vows some day, maybe for out 10th anniversary. Also, if I die before you, I'd be honored to have you give my eulogy.
A quick update, we finally got a new car. Thanks again to Aykon for all the help with that. I wrote about it and a lot of other stuff in my blog. The post at the top of the page is about the car, and the two beneath that are about other stuff.http://ra.darkseas.net/starblog/

 Re: Personal Updates
Sure thing man, if you want a vow renewal, you pick the time and place and I will hook you up. Thinking back it is probably almost halfway here isn't it? I am not sure when you got married but I know it was while you were at Cass so that's been a while. Oh and as for funerals, I hope we all live to see the return of the REAL king but if you die before that and want me to do the funeral I will do so. I actually misspoke, anyone can do a eulogy but a licensed minister (such as me) can actually preside over it. That means, I can be the one who preaches at the funeral, runs the processions, and says the famous 'ashes to ashes' speech (or whatever is picked) as you are being lowered in. I would much prefer to see my friends outlive me though. I am glad your M626 is working out for you, I am sure you will soon understand the awesomeness that is Zoom-Zoom. I was beginning to wonder when you would post about it. Speaking of Posts... POST TO KSI! :p

 Re: Personal Updates
Don't worry, I'll post in Ksi soon. I've just been waiting a bit, since Bengal and Vic are taking their sweet time!
